Case Manager from the East Hampton Human Services Department is available
- Case Manager from the East Hampton Human Services Department is available on the 2nd Monday of each month from 12:30-2:30 PM and at the Montauk Library
Assistance and guidance are provided to senior citizens regarding applying for county, state, and federal programs. These include, but are not limited to Temporary Assistance to Needy Families, HEAP (Home Energy Assistance Program), SNAP, Social Security Disability, Medicaid, Medicare. and Assurance Wireless Telephone Program.
