MONDAYS

 10:30 AM  | Tai-Chi with Susan R.
Tai Chi is an art embracing the mind, body and spirit through flowing movements. Originating in ancient China, Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body. Although an art with great depth of knowledge and skill, it can be easy to learn and is said to deliver a variety of health benefits.

 3:00 PM | Hatha Yoga with Tsuyumi

Enjoy breathing practice, chanting and many yoga poses on your mat. Leave feeling rejuvenated, centered, stronger and calmed. Tsuyumi is a certified Integral Yoga instructor. She specializes in gentle yoga, yoga for arthritis, children and therapeutic yoga. She studied Thai yoga massage, anatomy, kinesiology and fitness.

 TUESDAYS 

3:30 PM  |  Vinyasa Flow with Carolyn C.

Kripalu-trained Yoga teacher, Carolyn Cahill, will instruct this Open Level 1-2 Vinyasa Flow Class. Some poses require movement from mat to standing plus balance. Please bring your own mat and any props you may have (yoga strap, blocks, blanket). Registration required.

Please join Tsuyumi for a fun, light-hearted class using chair exercises with 1-2- 3 lb for full- body strengthening and stretching. Tsuyumi is a certified Integral Yoga instructor. She studied anatomy, kinesiology and fitness.

Please join Tsuyumi for a fun, light-hearted class using chair exercises with 1-2- 3 lb for full- body strengthening and stretching. Tsuyumi is a certified Integral Yoga instructor. She studied anatomy, kinesiology and fitness.

 2:00 PM  |  Chair Yoga

Enjoy breathing practice, chanting and gentle yoga poses. Chairs will be used for this class. Leave energized, more centered and calm. Tsuyumi is a certified Integral Yoga instructor. She studied anatomy, kinesiology and fitness.
